What You Will DoThe Inventory Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities of workers who are involved in cycle count audits for site 01 inventory.
- Communicate to the Materials Department recommendations of quantities of supplies for purchase
- Ensure accuracy of all material movement documentation
- Site 01 and site 80
- Develop procedures and recommend estimates for an orderly removal of surplus and obsolete material
- Supervisory duties to include: ability to select, lead, and develop Team Members to achieve departmental and individual goals
- Drive Lift Trucks when needed (must be certified)
- Train the Trainer
- Audit FIFO parts usage
- Print, track and post cycle counts
- Root cause analysis of inventory adjustments and provide corrective actions
- Perform consolidation of parts into less bin locations
- Assist in the year end physical inventory count and audit
