HEAVY MACHINERY OPERATOR - JOB DESCRIPTION

$25.00 TO $35.00 HR

(MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON MILITARY BASES)

The Operator will work with the crew members operating, assisting on the job as necessary to get the work completed and training the crew members to complete the work safely, efficiently and to the highest level of quality.

· The Foreman will provide leadership to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships of the on-site staff and to promote a positive project morale.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LEADER FROM THE INDUSTRIAL INDUSTRY THAT CAN LEAD A CREW OF LABORERS TO REMOVE RAIL FROM THE GROUND, GRADE THE MATERIAL, SORT THE MATERIAL AND ORGANIZE SHIPPING AND LOAD TRUCKS TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE YARD.

REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE A CDL

MUST BE ABLE TO RUN A KNUCKLE BOOM, EXCAVATOR, SEMI-TRUCKS, LOADERS FORKLIFTS

MUST BE A PROBLEM SOLVER

MUST BE ABLE TO MAKE REPAIRS TO EQUIPMENT IN THE FIELD

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND WORK ON MILITARY BASES

MUST BE ABLE TO RUN A CREW AND MOTIVATE EMPLOYEES

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

MUST BE ABLE TO ENFORCE SAFETY PROCEDURES AND TEACH EMPLOYEES HOW TO WORK SAFELY AT ALL TIMES

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the construction industry relating to project management.
• Skilled Operator
• Must be willing/able to travel to the occasional jobs in the surrounding states.
• Able to use power tools and torches
• Ability to verbally communicate in a professional manner with clients and coworkers.
• Mechanically savvy

WE ARE PAYING $25.00 TO $35.00 PER WEEK BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND OPERATING AND MANAGEMENT SKILL

WE PAY WEEKLY AFTER THE FIRST 2 WEEKS
