Job Posting Title: Attorney Location: Dallas - Hospital Additional Posting Details: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities Provide legal research, support and counsel on a variety of legal issues, including hospital operations, health care regulatory and compliance matters, estate matters, real estate, information technology, oil and gas, and intellectual property Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors Required Skills/Abilities Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas 5 to 7 years of experience and expertise in substantive areas of the law that affect Scottish Rite and its operations Health care experience preferable Successful candidate must have a strong customer service orientation, be self-motivated, organized and a team player Must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the company At Scottish Rite for Children, we work together with the common goal of helping give children back their childhood.
