Description
We are seeking a Part-time Service & Installation Coordinator to join our team in Arlington, TX . The ideal candidate will have previous experience scheduling service or installation calls, the ability to multi-task, and is customer service oriented.
Responsibilities include answering a high volume of calls both inbound & outbound, schedule all service and install appointments, implement problem resolution over the phone with customers, coordinate and monitor technicians' schedules. This individual must maintain a high level of professionalism with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Job Duties:

• Schedule technicians to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs in an effective manner
• Follow the guidelines of the organization including policies and procedures for dispatching
• Inventory and pulling necessary parts for the service or installation calls
• Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from staff, supervisors, or field inspectors
• Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests for service or equipment

Requirements:

• Previous scheduling experience helpful
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills and typing ability
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to multi-task and effective problem resolution skills
• High level of professionalism
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
• Punctual with good attendance
• Ability to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull and lift weights of usually 5-30 pounds
