- Perform routine daily maintenance and equipment checks.
- Complete work orders professionally and promptly.
- Handle general repairs (carpentry, painting, pressure washing, grounds maintenance).
- Conduct electrical repairs (install low voltage circuits, replace light bulbs, fixtures, outlets, switches).
- Perform plumbing repairs (install faucets, flushometers, toilet fill valves, wax rings).
- Carry out HVAC repairs (replace filters, clean condensers, belt changes, grease equipment).
- Diagnose mechanical equipment issues and recommend repairs or vendor services.
- Maintain records and manage material stock.
- Constant movement around properties.
- Regular bending, standing, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Climb ladders and stairs.
- 2 years of experience in commercial building maintenance.
- Certification in building trades is a plus.
- Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems preferred.
- Knowledge of back-up generators, fire pumps, boilers, and BAS preferred.
- Professional interaction with tenants and vendors.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow directions, work independently, and be flexible for off-hour repairs.
- Typical hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, 8-hour shifts.
- Full-time, $17.50 per hour, 40 hours per week.
