Job Title: Compliance Data Entry Specialist - Junior
Location: Bloomfield, Connecticut, United States - 06002
Job Description:
- Previous Data Entry Experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Enters all Production and Indirect data into the Productivity Accountability Tracking System (PATS)/Labor Management software not interfaced directly from SCAN.
- Analyzes each associates' daily activity to identify and correct issues with data transmission, incorrect transferring of associates, and Indirect requests that do not fit into the time slot as requested. Interacts with Supervisors to ensure issues are resolved.
- Downloads Production data collected through handheld non-RF/non-SCAN devices.
- Analyzes raw data to ensure correct order of scans/missing scans and corrects as necessary. Generates all necessary reports and creates assignments in PATS. Stores all raw data appropriately to meet data retention requirements.
