Job Title: Data Governance 3As a Data Governance 3, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining data governance strategies for our finance data and reporting. You will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance with data governance principles, facilitate effective stakeholder engagement, and drive key initiatives within our Finance function.

- Support the development of data governance strategies and processes for finance data and related reporting.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance principles and protocols within the Finance function.
- Develop and maintain policy documentation to align with the finance data governance framework.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance Planning & Analysis teams, Finance Business Intelligence, and Client Technology partners to implement data governance initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including leadership, to ensure the successful execution of governance processes.
- In-depth understanding of data governance standards, including quality, compliance, and controls.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Experience with SAP, Cognos, or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Data governance certification (e.g., CDMP, DGCP) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Strategy/Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Data Governance, Analytics, Finance, IS Management, or a related function.
- 3 years of experience in developing and/or supporting data governance initiatives and standards.
- Proven track record in transformational projects and delivering results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Strategy/Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
