Job Title: Digital Supply Chain Sr. AssociateLocation: Remote (PST Time Zone)Join our dynamic team as a Senior Associate in the Digital Supply Chain department. This role is pivotal in supporting our client’s digital transformation journey. You will be reporting directly to the Anaplan/IBP Manager within the Digital Supply Chain Organization and will be responsible for leading, managing, and modeling various demand planning capabilities.Job Responsibilities
- Oversee demand model functionality, identifying system enhancements and training improvement opportunities.
- Conduct user requirement sessions, translating business needs into platform user stories.
- Manage demand planning cycle issues and risks.
- Develop strong relationships with supply chain partners.
- Collaborate with Master Data Teams, IS, Operations, Finance, and Commercial to ensure data integrity in models.
- Translate complex business processes into actionable platform functionality.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven experience in prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into visualization dashboards and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective leadership and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate in a team or matrixed environment and anticipate internal customer needs.
