0-3 years of related experience

Working within the Lucernex tool, reviewing exterior sign drawing and PDFs.

Intermediate level of excel experience.

Understanding and ability to read blueprints, specifically Floor Plans, Elevations, and Site Plans.

Responsibilities:

Construction Project Lead directly oversees miscellaneous construction and signage projects within the different chains.

Aids in project schedules and assigning General Contractors and/or Sign Vendors.

Distributes all required project documents to external and internal contacts.

Negotiates pricing, reviews and approves proposals and invoices, tracks progress and ensures close-outs for all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives assigned
