Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of complex grid interconnection agreements throughout their lifecycle
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders regarding project and contractual matters
- Lead meetings, develop agendas, and meticulously document decisions and action items
- Draft various contractual documents including amendments, termination notices, and consent agreements
- Apply technical and contractual knowledge to resolve issues and facilitate project milestones
- Collaborate closely with engineering and project management teams in technical discussions and decision-making processes
- Expertise in contract and program management
- Strong understanding of contract regulations and agreements
- Experience managing regulatory agreements related to FERC and/or CPUC is highly desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Minimum of five years of proven experience in contract or program management
- Track record of successfully managing complex projects within established timelines and budgets
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in the Electric Utility Industry is advantageous
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
