Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-level project scope, schedule, and budget in collaboration with the team
- Work with internal team members and contractors to define project scope
- Assemble a cross-functional project team to establish project requirements, milestones, and budgets
- Review project reports and performance metrics to monitor progress and guide the resolution of major issues
- Lead financial report outs and sanction process for all projects
- Ensure project delivery including schedule, cost, and specification is within governance requirements
- 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in Project Management or Project Development
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Ability to coordinate across functions and multiple teams
- Proven experience in direct project management including scheduling, forecasting, milestone management, resourcing, risk management, and reporting
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects under budget and time constraints
- PMP certification
- Experience working in a scaled agile environment
- Experience in the utility industry, product engineering, or product design
