Job Title : Regional Office Coordinator 1

Location : Arlington, VA

Onsite requirements : Hybrid

Duration : 6 months

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage daily office operations and act as the primary liaison between our regional and corporate offices.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and electronic.
• Coordinate office supplies orders and manage invoice payments.
• Assist with project correspondence, proposals, and new employee orientation.
• Maintain regional and management calendars, and provide proofreading and editing services for correspondence and reports.
• Act as the front desk reception, control access, and greet visitors.

Skills Required :

• 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Proven ability in technical editing, proofreading, and problem-solving.
• Experience with travel arrangements, budgeting, scheduling, and human resources.
• Familiarity with office supplies management, invoice processing, and project management.
• Proficiency in English (Speak, Read, Write).

Education :

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills are needed.
