Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Senior AssociateLocation: Fully Remote Join our dynamic, global team as a Senior Associate in Regulatory Affairs. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for enhancing system efficiency. You’ll be working closely with our Regulatory Information Management and Systems (RIMS) team, contributing to our mission of delivering regulatory systems and processes that ensure compliance and innovation.Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Business SMEs to identify user requirements and develop solutions
- Develop and test solutions using the Walk Me Content Editor
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Business SMEs
- Publish solutions into the production environment and perform final validation checks
- Communicate solution development progress with Project Managers and Business SMEs
- Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, Sway)
- Experience in the Pharma Industry, preferred
- Experience with WalkMe software and Veeva Systems platform/ Veeva Vault / Vault RIM
- Microsoft SharePoint Developer Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills
