Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Category Lead/Sourcing Manager to develop and implement global category strategies for Media and Advertising Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing process, negotiating contracts, and fostering strong supplier relationships. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that sourcing strategies align with business objectives and contribute to commercial value.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive global category strategies for Media and Advertising Technology procurement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and project requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions to achieve savings and meet spend expectations.
• Draft, review, and redline governing agreements, work orders, and other contract documents.
• Conduct market analysis to stay informed about trends, emerging technologies, and supplier capabilities.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure competitive advantage and cost-effectiveness.
• Use data to evaluate additional category sourcing opportunities and implement a sourcing pipeline to drive commercial value.
• Monitor progress and ensure savings and performance targets are met.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in Marketing procurement with a focus on Media and Advertising Technology.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and category strategy development.
• CPM Certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision-making.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including privacy, legal, risk, compliance, and security.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
