Technical Project Manager - Cell Therapy Development
Join our Cell Therapy Development (CTD) team as a Technical Project Manager in the Development Operations & Services (DO&S) Portfolio Management Office. Lead projects that align with our strategy and goals, focusing on analytical testing coordination, method transfer, and development.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with functional leads to achieve project objectives.
- Manage analytical workstreams and complex projects.
- Lead teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project execution.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
- Monitor project quality and resolve issues and risks.
- Report progress and implement project change control.
- Facilitate project meetings and after-action reviews.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years in biotech/life sciences project management; cell therapy preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM/Life Sciences.
- Project management qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Office Timeline Pro, Smartsheet, MS PPT, MS Excel, SharePoint, etc.
- Strong knowledge of the biopharma industry and CMC analytical method development & transfer.
