Salary is at $38 - $45 hourly depending on experience

Responsibilities for Carpenter Lead:

• New construction framing and finish work
• Commercial ground up and interior remodel projects
• Listen and think critically, take direction and feedback from Superintendent and communicate effectively
• Participate and contribute to following the construction schedule/project timeline
• Assist the Superintendent in creating a safe and productive job site
• Track your work progress and regularly compare it to the construction timeline
• Lead by example; team building, communication, listening, and creative problem-solving

Qualifications for Carpenter Lead: 

• 5 plus years of Commercial or Residential carpentry experience required
• Perform physical labor as directed by Superintendent
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Experienced in Finish Carpentry and Framing 
• High school diploma or equivalent
