Job Summary 

MIT45 is on the hunt for a driven Marketing Project Manager to join our high-energy team. In this role, you'll work with a diverse group of marketing experts to plan and execute cutting-edge marketing initiatives across various channels, from digital platforms to in-person events. As a key liaison between the marketing department, other business units, and external vendors, you'll play a crucial role in driving our ambitious goals and propelling us to new heights. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead Projects: Oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to exceptional standards.
• Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and establish timelines and budgets.
• Mitigate Risks: Identify and address project risks and roadblocks, keeping everything on track.
• Manage Resources: Oversee project budgets and coordinate with external vendors and contractors.
• Align Marketing: Ensure all marketing materials and messages adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
• Optimize Processes: Conduct ongoing process assessments, improvements, and document procedures.
• Delegate Effectively: Assign tasks to team members based on expertise, experience, and time constraints.
• Act as Liaison: Serve as the bridge between the marketing department and other business units.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Adapt and Conquer: Perform additional duties as assigned to keep the momentum going.

Requirements: 

• Experience: 3-5 years in marketing project management with a proven track record in managing campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Agile Methodologies: Preferred experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban; CSM or CSPO certification is a plus.
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled in project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Digital Savvy: Familiar with digital marketing channels including email marketing, paid media, social media, content marketing, and SEO.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
• Time Management: Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Occasionally required to walk, reach with arms and hands, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Vision abilities required include close vision.
• May need to lift 10-50 lbs at times.
