Overview: Assists the Pastor of Care and Outreach as needed with daily tasks require for the strategic planning and development of congregational care ministries.

• Part-time (10 hours per week)

• High School Graduate or above
• As is typical for ministry, this position requires a flexible schedule. It includes agreed upon onsite office hours, Sunday mornings and evening activities and meetings as necessary.
• Commitment to an ethical lifestyle appropriate for ministry and the core values of the church per the employee handbook.
• Must be a committed Christian comfortable working in a church environment.
• Must pass a background check.
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
• Reliable transportation
• Fluency with Microsoft Office, Power Church software and BreezeCHMS a plus!

Job Responsibilities

• Data Entry - including but not limited to Power Church software, attendance and membership rolls and transfers, reports, etc.
• General Computer Usage - email, document writing, etc.
• Hospitality Area Upkeep including purchasing supplies and scheduling ministers on Sundays and other occasions as needed.
• Creating quarterly schedules for Greeters, Ushers, and Hospitality area helpers.
• Assist with Church Membership class
• Maintain Prayer Concerns and Grief Lists throughout the year
• Assist with ministry events and care ministries throughout the year.
