We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered professional to join our community team as Clinical Service Managers. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop leadership skills and join our successful and friendly teams, committed to the delivery of outstanding palliative care .

The aim of the role will be to ensure all community clinical staff are developed, supported and motivated to deliver high standards of patient care in line with Trust guidelines, policies and procedures.

The post holder will work in conjunction with the Senior Clinical Services Manager and the wider Multidisciplinary Team to lead and manage the community clinical team, sharing knowledge and promoting best practice in the locality. The post holders will be able to use their skills and knowledge to promote a supportive learning culture and be committed to maintaining a patient centred approach, demonstrating the values of the organisation in all they do.

**There will be ongoing support, training and development to gain the necessary skills to undertake the requirements of this important role.**

**Qualifications and Experience:**

* Applications are welcome from candidates with:

* Current registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse

* Degree in nursing

* Clinical experience in community or palliative care setting

* Excellent communication skills

* Experience of supporting leadership and management qualification or a desire to work towards a relevant qualification.

**Hours:** Full time, 37.5hrs/week (flexibility to work weekends if required)
