The OTA Operations Manager oversee our relationship with Orbis Education, our partner in the OTA Online program. This role collaborates closely with the OTA Online Program Director to ensure that we meet ACOTE Standards and achieve strategic objectives and deliver a high-quality, seamless educational experience for a multicultural student body. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and make recommendations for student admission, progression and standing (e.g. LOA, probation, dismissal, on-time graduation rates) for 6 cohorts of 24 students in 3 admission cycles/year (144 students admitted in fall, winter, summer respectively) across the United States.
- Develop and collaborate with the Fieldwork Manager on a fieldwork dashboard.
- Collect, manage, and make recommendations for adjunct faculty data including Form F status, qualifications, number of credit hours taught, and licensure status.
- Identify, manage, synthesize, and present program data while observing data integrity and standards.
- Institute and manage audit procedure to ensure data and process integrity and accuracy.
- Determine goals and objectives that drive planning, operations, and measurements that align with departmental and University strategic plans.
- Lead policy and procedure development implementation efforts to ensure that online programs comply with university, regulatory, and accreditation standards and maximize the student experience.
- Develop and implement regular training for Orbis Success Coaches re: University messaging relative to ongoing and emerging issues such as financial aid processes, admission procedures, fieldwork placements, and lab sites and assignments.
- Supervise and direct operations analyst and administrative assistant in support of operational goals and related activities.
- Create and monitor course schedules (LAS and OTA – 50-60 sections/term across 3 terms).
- Assign lab sites and sections (36/term across 3 terms).
- Collaborate with the Registrar’s Office to make changes as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two years of experience working in higher education administration including familiarity with areas such as the Registrar’s Office, Financial Aid, and Admissions
- One year of supervisory experience
- Experience leading or managing complex projects through to completion
- Experience collaborating with Registrar, Financial Aid and Admissions Staff
- Experience making process of policy recommendations to academic leadership
- Experience adhering to contracts and/or complying with state and/or accreditation requirements
- Experience prioritizing inclusive excellence as an operational goal
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing an online learning system
- Experience training faculty on remote learning systems and online tools
