Assistant Manager, Campus Store Opportunity
As an Assistant Manager, Campus Store, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership of our college auxiliary operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing work schedules, and supervising unit employees. Key Requirements

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with problem-solving skills
• Experience in reconciling daily transactions and data systems
• Ability to work within budgetary requirements

Responsibilities Include

• Supervising unit employees, including recruitment and performance reviews
• Managing employee work schedules and conducting training programs
• Maintaining stock inventory levels and overseeing procurement practices
• Acting as a liaison with students, staff, and faculty
• Ensuring effective communication with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Management and two years of related experience or High School diploma with four years of related experience
• Experience in bookstore/retail operations with supervisory experience preferred

Physical AbilitiesThe role may involve lifting up to 25 lbs. and operating retail equipment. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
