Job Summary:
St Charles Hyundai, a reputable dealership located in St. Peters, Missouri, is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Lane Assistant. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients at the service lane, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, hourly role for an individual contributor in the auto industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service lane
- Move and organize service cars
- Assist the service advisors and technicians as needed
- Adhere to all dealership policies and procedures, as well as safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of basic automotive terminology and repair processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record
