· Assists in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the District's Equity and

Social Emotional Learning Plans.

· Supports equity initiatives relative to the District's Equity Position Statement.

· Researches, develops, implements, and monitors Social Emotional Learning programs which

includes Restorative Practices, Responsive Classroom, and Developmental Designs.

· Develops and facilitates professional development relative to the District's vision of equity,

diversity, inclusion, dignity, belonging, and social emotional learning.

· Communicates with school personnel and community members regarding equity, and

diversity, dignity, and social emotional learning initiatives.

· Advises and supports curriculum development relative to culturally responsive teaching

practices, equity, diversity, dignity and social emotional learning.

· Bachelor's degree. Master's degree Preferred.

· 5 years of successful teaching, counseling, or leadership experience preferred.

· Experience leading equity, diversity, dignity, inclusion, and/or cultural competency, and

social emotional learning initiatives preferred.

· Ability to work with diverse populations, analyze data, a capacity for teamwork, and

developing sensitive working relationships with all stakeholders.

· Strong communication skills.

Pay: $65,574.00 - $88,306.00 per year
