Duties
- The Case Manager will be responsible for the intake and processing of applications for assistance.
- This involves gathering information on medical records, last dates of work, employment verifications, income/expenses, and providing resources to the applicants.
- Medical record information is reviewed, keyed into our specialized database, and discussed with our Medical Director.
- Medical terminology experience is required.

- Full Time 32-35 hours, M-Th, with optional hours up to 40/week.
- $18.00 - $20.00/hour.
- Making a difference in people’s lives every day, PTO and holiday pay, flexible schedule, causal dress, optional hybrid in-person/work from home available after training (must live in/around Knoxville).
