RATE OF PAY: $16.63 or D.O.E. *Possible Pay Increase of 0% - 3% After 90 Days.

JOB SUMMARY: To check in all products being delivered to the casino and deliver products to the proper department within the casino. Ships packages by UPS, FedEx or Speedee, as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS: Native American preference. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Some computer (MAS200, Word, Excel) skills required. Previous mailroom or shipping/receiving experience preferred.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Work in docking area, food storeroom or general storeroom. Ability to deliver items throughout the Casino. Ability to operate pallet jack, forklift, weight scale and push cart from one department to another or within a department. Must be able to verify and write on invoices. Ability to tolerate cold and hot temperatures in the docking area. Ability to tolerate foul odors or smoke-filled areas. Must be able to respond to oral and written directions. Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, occasionally. Filing, neatness and accuracy of paperwork is a must!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Greet and take invoices from purveyors. Verify all items listed on invoices and requisitions with items on pallet. Weigh pallet and adjust invoice by weight and by price item if necessary. Deliver items to the proper department or deliver to the proper storeroom for storage. Ship packages as requested. Move furniture and office equipment from one department to another or within a department when requested. Obligated to do purchasing duties as assigned.

Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings. Must comply with and enforce all safety policies and rules.
