The Admin Director of Rehabilitation Services provides the leadership to effectively grow St. David’s Rehabilitation Hospital, Round Rock, North Austin, Georgetown acute and outpatient therapy services by ensuring clinical excellence, operating efficiency, and financial strength. This includes leadership in developing a strong rehab team and partnership with the Medical Director and medical staff to ensure the clinical excellence and operational performance of the rehabilitation hospital, acute rehabilitation program, and outpatient rehabilitation program. The Director is also responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a strategic plan to ensure the success of St. David’s Rehabilitation Hospital’s clinical, financial, and overall operating performance and successful growth, in addition to guiding locations in the market. The Director directs, administers, and coordinates the overall operations of St. David’s Rehabilitation Hospital, acute rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy programs, as well as guidance to multiple units, including the goals and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer of the Hospitals in which the rehabilitation units reside.

St. David's Medical Center is a full-service hospital located in central Austin, Texas. This 300 bed facility features a 24-hour emergency department, the regions largest Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and the internationally-renowned Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia Institute and St. David's Neuroscience & Spine Institute. The full scope of services provided at St. David's Medical Center includes cancer care, heart and vascular care, imaging services, joint replacement and orthopedics, women's services, complex surgical services, and a Bariatric Surgery Center. The facility is home to a 60 bed rehabilitation hospital providing both inpatient and outpatient comprehensive care.
