St. Davids Center for Child & Family Development is Hiring a Clinical Supervisor - School Based Therapy Near Osseo, MN

We strive to create an inclusive environment in which all are seen, heard, and supported; encouraged to bring their whole authentic selves; and honored in their differences.

Program Summary and Position Overview:

St. David's Center is hiring a School-Based Mental Health Supervisor to co-supervise a team of passionate and creative mental health professionals as we expand our services in the Osseo Public School District.

The School-Based Mental Health Program provides comprehensive mental health services to preschool and/or elementary aged children and their families, collaborating with school staff and/or other providers to achieve strong outcomes. Most of our therapists are embedded in one school, which makes it possible to cultivate meaningful relationships with children, families, and school staff.

Our work is dynamic and responsive to the needs of children in each setting and includes diagnostic assessment, direct intervention (psychotherapy, psychoeducation, skills training), teacher consultation, and care coordination.

The supervisor role offers opportunities for leadership as well as direct client care. Half of the supervisors' hours are dedicated to collaborating with the leadership team and providing reflective supervision, including both clinical and administrative work, to a small group of therapists. The balance of the role will be time embedded in a school and will include approximately 10 client care hours per week, depending on total number of hours (32-40).

Our supervisors are well-supported. We provide weekly supervision and weekly group consultation. In addition, we invest generously in you and your career path through annual training, access to evidence-based practice training and certification, and annual professional development funding to offset the costs of specific trainings of your choice.

St. David's Center is committed to promoting inclusivity and diversity and employee wellness and growth. We accomplish these objectives through supportive and collaborative team environments, flexible work schedules and mission-inspired work.
