Shift/Hours: Temporary – 40hours/week, 1st Shift / Hybrid
Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) provides full-cycle recruitment along with skilled support for the Human Resources team. Builds strong relationships throughout the company, multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be highly organized.
Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
Education, Credentials, LicensesA general job description can be provided upon request.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
Specialized Knowledge
  • Familiar with general operations of Human Resources including legal, Federal and state laws & regulations. Computer literate in an email application, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows Operating System.
  • Workday experience desirable.
Kind And Length Of Experience
  • Two years of experience as a recruiter in HR or equivalent experience in other roles will be considered. Must have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
