Shift/Hours: Full-Time – 40hours/week, 1st Shift / Hybrid
Job DescriptionThe Talent Sourcing Partner position will focus on the proactive sourcing of high-quality healthcare professionals. In partnership with key stakeholders in the company, this role owns the execution of our search strategies, proactive outreach, marketing collaborations and initial candidate assessment. This role will ensure a continued flow of high-quality and diverse candidates through the process and creation of a strong talent pipeline for future growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Specialized Knowledge
  • Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HRIS.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Detail Oriented & Strong relationship building skills.
  • Familiar with general operations of Human Resources including legal, Federal, and state laws & regulations.
  • Sourcing and Workday experience strongly desired.
Kind And Length Of Experience
  • Two years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing directed role.
  • Must have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
