What YOU will do:
This newly created Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst position will directly report to Vice President of Talent Strategies and support the Shared Services Talent Acquisition Team by creating and optimizing processes, managing data, and enhancing overall efficiency. Additionally, this role will assist with budget management and project administration, ensuring the seamless execution of TA initiatives.

What YOU need:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, HR analytics, or a related role.
-Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in manipulating large datasets and generating actionable insights.
-Strong understanding of recruitment technology platforms, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and CRM systems.
-Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay Range: $60,000-$74,500 depending on experience, qualification and location.
