What YOU Will DoThis newly created Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst position will directly report to Vice President of Talent Strategies and support the Shared Services Talent Acquisition Team by creating and optimizing processes, managing data, and enhancing overall efficiency. Additionally, this role will assist with budget management and project administration, ensuring the seamless execution of TA initiatives.

Additionally, this role will assist with budget management and project administration, ensuring the seamless execution of TA initiatives.
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Collect, maintain, and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and generate regular reports and dashboards for key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, and diversity metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and recruitment planning.
- Project Administration:
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of recruitment projects and initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and resource allocation.
- Process Optimization:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various recruitment activities.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to streamline workflows and reduce time-to-hire.
- Work with team to evaluate current recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, HR analytics, or a related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in manipulating large datasets and generating actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technology platforms, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and CRM systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
