We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the efficient operation of our school office.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks
- Reflects in personal and professional life a commitment to Gospel values and their Christian tradition.
-Prepares school reports, letters, and other documents.
-Maintain a positive relationship by providing customer service to parents and the school community.
-Assumes all other duties as assigned by the principal.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity
- Proficiency in computer applications including Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
