- Ensure smooth and efficient communication with team leaders and volunteers
- Assist volunteer teams with meal planning
- Conduct regular inventory of both perishable and non-perishable foods on site

- Compose regular reports for the program board
- Work with Rector & Board on Grant Requests
- Compensation at the rate of $15/hr, with the expectation of a commitment of10 hours per week. Schedule is negotiable and flexible, provided the Volunteer Coordinator is sufficiently available to the Rector, office staff, and volunteers. Volunteer Coordinator will be expected to know the regular volunteers and be familiar with the meal distribution process, which will require occasional early evening hours (not later than 6 p.m.)
- Ten (10) paid vacation half-days (equivalent to four hours’ compensation), available after three months of employment. Written request for paid time off is to be provided to the Rev. Rachel Jagielski Harrison with as much notice as possible.
- Volunteer Coordinator is considered administrative staff; the church offices are closed on all federal holidays.
