This is a full-time 40 hour per week Monday –Friday day position located at St. John’s Home.Position Summary: The Employee Success Coach is responsible for overall development and coordination of employee recognition and a key leader in employee development and retention activities. The Employee Success Coach will work closely with employees to provide guidance, support and training to enhance job performance and promote professional growth. Responsibilities include:
  • Lead, develop, and manage St. John’s employee recognition processes.
  • Help create and support development opportunities for employees.
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee retention.
  • Conducts stay interviews.
  • Employee Training and Development: Provide individualized and group coaching and training sessions to employees to improve job skills, performance, and overall job satisfaction.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Collaborate with various teams to enhance the new hire onboarding experience. May facilitate the new employee orientation process and provide new employee check-ins.
  • Resource Management: Assist employees in accessing resources, tools, and support services to overcome challenges and achieve their career objectives.
  • Job Placement Assistance: Provide guidance and support to employees seeking internal job transfers or external career opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all coaching and training activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation: Complete grant funding applications for this position and other new opportunities that may arise. Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, training activities, and employee progress to track performance and measure outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance coaching methods and strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and team members to promote a culture of learning, growth, and excellence.

Qualifications
  • Education in Nursing, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in Employee Relations or Learning and Development preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and establish trust with employees at all levels.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, performance management techniques, and coaching methodologies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manages time effectively, and works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Physical Requirements
  • Light to moderate lifting up to 25 lbs.
