Title: Preschool Assistant Teacher

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Work daily with other Preschool staff to create a high-quality Preschool experience for young children in a safe, Christian environment. Be ready to have fun and supervise children in both indoor and outdoor activities and help them become responsible for their environment. Maintain frequent communication with families, sharing growth and progress of their children.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist our Educators to create a stimulating and safe classroom for children with quality interactions and developmentally appropriate activities. Encourage children’s development in language, socialization, conflict resolution, and self-confidence. Participate in professional development opportunities, staff meetings and work with colleagues for the benefit of our children and families. Saint John’s Preschool Plus is a 5-star NAEYC Accredited Program. We would love for you to be a part of our team!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
