Responsibilities
- Work Behavior: Responsible, reliable, and honest; demonstrates flexibility and promotes health and wellness.
- Communication: Exceptional customer service; interacts positively and professionally; educates and assists members with workouts.
- Member Safety: Assists with workouts, corrects exercise techniques; monitors members and maintains a safe environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensures cleanliness of facility; responsible for disinfecting machines daily and maintaining supplies.
- Clerical Responsibilities: Basic computer proficiency; maintains records, assists with registration, and handles transactions.
- Professional Growth: Attends educational programs, maintains CPR certification.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- American Heart Association BLS.
