Job OverviewResponsible for the management of small to medium departmental IT projects. Manages all IT toolset repositories and reports. Team member on strategic and large projects and attends project meetings, take minutes and distributes and follows up on action items, risks and issues with the project team members, vendors and stakeholders. Serves as the PMO liaison with all departments and vendors on project intake process, inquiries and project status. Responsible for collecting and filing project artifacts including Project Status Reports, Project Minutes, Project Charter, Project Issues, and Project Risks. Works with project teams in developing and maintaining project budgets and actuals. Creates and maintains project schedules and arranges large meetings for project teams.
QualificationsWork requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or closely related field and three to five years of work related experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute preferred. Requires analytical skills with the ability to exerise sound judgment, attention to detail, and problem resolution. Must possess strong customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required. Experience with MS Project, Workfront / AtTask and SharePoint and Healthcare experience are preferred.
