Job Description
St. Joseph Hospice located in Alexandria, LA is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Liaison (RN/LPN/Therapist) to join our team.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong clinical background, payer knowledge, and great communication skills.
The Clinical Liaison (RN/LPN/Therapist) will be responsible for working with physicians, case managers, and patients' families to assist in providing the best continuum of care for patients that require hospice care.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Therapist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Have a professional demeanor with excellent communications skills
- Be flexible, self-driven, accountable for results, autonomous, yet supportive of team efforts.
- Have a valid driver’s license, proof of valid auto insurance, and active clinical license are required.
- Prior sales or business development experience, preferred
- Hospice or Home Health experience preferred
- HCS Interactant software experience preferred, but not required
