**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization, overseeing all aspects of operations and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development and senior management.

**Duties:**

- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness

- Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals

- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation

- Drive business development initiatives to expand the organization's reach

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with stakeholders

- Implement process improvements to enhance operational performance

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position

- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

- Experience in operations management and optimizing organizational processes

- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong partnerships

- Track record of driving growth and achieving financial targets

**Qualifications:**

- Master's Degree in business administration or a human services fied from a college or university, supplemented by two years of work experience in the managment of a human services program related to working with families and children.

- Bachelor's degree in a human services field from a college or university, supplemented by four years of work experience in the management of human services program related to working with families and children.
