Academy Equipment Manager Summary :
The Academy Equipment Manager would be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management and preparation of equipment needs for one or more of the St.
Louis CITY SC academy teams, players, and staff. They will work closely with management and coaches to manage, maintain, and distribute the club's athletic gear and equipment.
They will ensure players and coaches have the proper clothing and equipment to perform on the field.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide the proper equipment for players and coaches at trainings and matches
Travel to away matches when necessary and assist in the transportation and management of equipment for the duration of the trip
Oversee fitting and necessary adjustments for uniforms and gear
Responsible for laundering of gear for players and staff after training sessions / games
Oversee locker room maintenance

Qualifications
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Aligned with St. Louis CITY's vision and culture
Ability to travel to home and away matches
A base knowledge of soccer tactics
An eagerness to learn and develop knowledge and skills
A high standard of work performance and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality results
Detail-oriented and organized with effective time management and prioritization skills
Flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needs
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with both internal and external constituents
Excellent facilitation skills, including the ability to manage and resolve tensions, disputes and conflicts
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
