St. Louis Country Club, a private country club located in Ladue Missouri, is searching for the right individual to lead our dining services team as a Food & Beverage Manager and to become part of its long tradition of offering superior member service.
The F&B Manager will lead in the oversight of all front of the clubhouse operations including casual dining, formal dining, snack bar, outside spaces, and field bar.
Responsibilities will focus heavily on daily execution of service, including staff training and development. Maintaining the highest dining standards, planning, and execution of functions while providing excellent service to the Club’s membership. The position will also aid the Assistant General Manager and Clubhouse Manager in continued development of the Club’s overall wine and service program to increase member satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
College Degree involving Hospitality is preferred but not required or a minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays. Position requires the ability to sit, stand, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, bend stretch, twist to reach and be independently mobile to navigate throughout the clubhouse and outdoor club areas as needed. Push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to handle hot and cold interior and outdoor temperature conditions including noisy environments.
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full time management benefits package including professional development allowance, opportunity for assistance with pursuit of sommelier certification and CMAA membership, with a Bonus plan based on performance.
