The Clark Family Branch is seeking a part-time Library Associate to perform a variety of circulation, reference, and clerical duties to meet the needs of Library customers.

Salary: $17.52 an hour
HoursFriday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (8:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. for closing shift)Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (8:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. for closing shift)
One Sunday per month
Essential ResponsibilitiesPerforms circulation duties to establish and maintain accurate customer records.Interviews customers to assess their needs in order to provide appropriate assistance or information.Assists customers with public access computing to ensure they make effective use of technological resources.Educates customers in Library skills to enable them to become confident Library users.Performs clerical duties, in accordance with performance standards, to maintain the organization of Library materials and provide customer services.Organizes and participates in special projects, outreach and programming to enhance the quality of service to the community.
