Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and keep the staff on schedule. Regular raises and a really nice tip share help the pay rise above the hourly.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the facility
- Check-in groups and give detailed instructions to them
- Communication with the rest of the staff in an efficient and timely manner
- Sell Drinks, Beer, Shirts, Attractions, and use a Point of sale system correctly
- Keep the front of house clean and tidy throughout the shift
- Be a positive and kind first impression to every customer that comes through the door

This is a fun, fast paced job, where you will be the key to keeping the schedule on-time. It can get hectic sometimes, so you have to be able to handle a little bit of chaos from time to time. This position is also responsible for keeping the facilities clean and tidy throughout the day. We do a daily, weekly, and monthly tip share that adds a LOT to the hourly pay over time. We are very flexible and fluid with the schedule, we understand you have a life and do our best to accommodate time off.
