We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center pharmacy team.

What You Can Expect

• Lead and oversee all pharmacy operations at St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring top-quality patient care
• Manage team dynamics and professional growth, ensuring high-performance and job satisfaction
• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing pharmacy services and patient care
• Employ cutting-edge technologies and systems to advance pharmaceutical care
• Participate in system-wide committees to influence the strategic direction of pharmacy services

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program
• Valid Idaho Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain one prior to starting)
• Two (2) years' experience
  • MBA or Pharmacy Residency in lieu of two (2) years’ experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and manage a team
• Demonstrated leadership skills
