St. Mary of the Assumption School located in the heart of Brookline Village (67 Harvard Street) is seeking a Director or Early Childhood for our Infant-K1 program. Must have Director licensure through the Department of Early Education

Program Development and Management:

  • Design and implement early childhood education programs.
  • Ensure programs meet regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Staff Supervision and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise early childhood educators and support staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage the program’s budget.
  • Secure funding through grants, donations, and other sources.
  • Allocate resources effectively to support program goals.

Family and Community Engagement:

  • Develop strategies for engaging families in their children’s education.
  • Establish partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
  • Promote the program within the community to increase enrollment and support.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies and funding sources.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
