As a School Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and fostering academic growth. Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students in various subjects including Math, Microbiology, and other relevant areas.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, including those in Special Education or Montessori programs.
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a well-organized and structured learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Utilize Library services and laboratory resources to enrich the learning experience.
- Administer standardized testing and assessments to evaluate student progress.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Library services and Math instruction.
- Knowledge of Microbiology concepts for relevant subject matter.
- Experience in Higher Education teaching or related fields.
- Familiarity with Education Administration practices.
- Strong Classroom Management skills to create an effective learning environment.
- Ability to incorporate Montessori principles into teaching methodologies.
- Understanding of Special Education practices for supporting diverse learners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Teaching certification/license as required by state regulations.
- Prior experience in teaching or related educational roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
