Patient Care Team Member Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain a positive attitude in all interactions with clients and team members to contribute to our compassionate, caring culture.
• Maintaining cleanliness of patients and practice facility
• Performing enrichments including group/individual playtimes
• Cleaning and disinfecting all patient enclosures per AAHA requirements
• Walk boarding and grooming pets several times a day according to hospital protocol and document patient care information on boarding cage card.
• Discharge and admit boarding and grooming patients
• Assist our medical care team with various tasks, including Fear Free patient restraint.

Experience & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Enjoy working with a team.
• Own excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Possess a love of animals.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
