- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience. Academic degrees may be substituted for years of experience, and years of experience may be substituted for academic degrees.
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI and CI Polygraph.
- 5 or more years of Federal accounting experience.
- Experience with Proprietary and Budgetary US Standard General Ledger (USSGL) accounts and the Treasury Financial Manual (TFM).
- Ensure all prior month JVs are reversed, all data is processed from feeder systems, and all JVs in error have been resolved and posted to the GL.
- Support and document month end closing process, including: JV Posting, TB Reconciliations, and data calls.
- Assist with PBC audit requests related to financial documentation and Process Cycle Memos (PCMs).
- Prepare accurate daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly JV entries using appropriate USSGL accounts.
