St. Onge Company is looking for an IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing IT support to internal users and external clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in PC support, networking, and server administration, as well as excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. This motivated individual may even have some consulting/freelance experience. This hybrid position will allow working from home but require occasional time in the office.

• Willingness to Travel to local Client sites for onsite support and provide off-hours support as needed

• This person may also handle our software contracts, order equipment, and cell phones, work with our VoIP phones, documentation, and perform other duties as required.
• Experience as a consultant or freelancer is a plus.
• SQL and database skills are a plus.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associates degree and equivalent work experience
• 3 years of IT support and administration experience
