The Medical Scribe/Chiropractic Assistant is primarily responsible for the operation of electronic health records and perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the offices of providers running efficiently. Primary goal is to increase the efficiency and productivity of the provider. The Medical Scribe’s task list includes but is not limited to:
